Do I need any additional scripts/programs besides what CCBill provides when setting up a paysite & affiliate program billed via CCBill.

as far as the affiliate tracking/admin/stats, we provide everything you need to start a program.

Besides maybe a login/cookie scrpit for your affiliate section, nope. We've been with CCBill for almost 2 years, and its a really nice setup they got there.
