What tools do u use to manage ur projects?
 

i am thinking of buying a whiteboard, writing down each site/ activity and doing a daily checkbox to see if i have update/ did what i was suppose to do

This isn't really what you're talking about, but I use cvs/svn and bugzilla to manage my projects. I've used qtask and MS projects in the past for what you're talking about, but a notepad works just as well for me.

private messageboard/forum, one thread per job

simple and effective

+ whatever calendar you like to use
