There were a few posts in march just mentioning this site, but I thought it deserved it's own thread to draw as much attention to this site as possible

A neat little concept.. Basically you feed it an artist that you really like and then it will play tracks which have the same characteristics of your favorite artist. As you listen you can vote on the track if you like it or not. The next track in the playlist is then chosen based on how you voted so eventually it evolves a custom radio station that plays music perfectly fitting your style and tastes. The best thing is that it is a way of introducing you to new artists that you love before you have even heard about them.

I thought it was awesome too until I found www.last.fm

It matches your favorites better and has much better sound quality.

I loved pandora till about a month ago.....it now plays 80% of tracks that
don't even come close to my preferences. Even after endlessly selecting
I don't like this track with all the bad tracks it simply keeps playing more
crap so I lost interest. I've tried setting up new stations and everything
but it now it annoys me more than that I can enjoy it.

Too bad coz I really liked the concept and if it was decent I'd actually
pay for it......:Oh crap
