It seems like a tough sell.

Depressed people are probably 90% of the people who attempt suicide (my guess).

Depressed people take paxil.

It will be tough to prove that Paxil made them attempt to kill themselves.

Who is to say that paxil didn't save their lives?

If they weren't taking anything, maybe all 20 would have been so depressed that they were driven to complete the suicide attempt with a REAL attempt that would actually result in their death?
