I Saw Poseidon Last Night
 

I saw Poseidon last night and found it satisfyingly if not thoroughly entertaining for what it was. Not bad at all :thumbsup

is that still in theatres?

One of the few remakes that haven't completely sucked. Saw it tonight, or last night I guess. It was worth the money.

I still remember seeing the original when it played it theatres. I wasn't too enthused about seeing the remake, but I heard Wolfgang Petersen directed it...and Kurt Russell usually makes good movies.

I'll likely rent it when it hits dvd.

I stayed at a hotel called Poseidon.

I used to work on cruise ships and when I saw the previews I was like : HOLY SHIT! That looks EXACTLY like my ship, exterior and interior, so I can't wait to see it.

i've heard its complete crap and even cast is disappointed in it.

I saw it in the IMAX and it was a pretty good action flick. Predictable, like you knew someone was about to die...but who would it be at that point.
