Are you a night person or morning?
 

I am a night owl....why cant i sleep at nights? I like sleeping in the mornings...is that unhealthy? How about you night or morning person?

I love the night, but i love the day.

I'm the same, I work best at night, and at about 5 am I get really sleepy

I don't like mornings, I try to avoid experiencing them. Sleep is good.

I only sleep about 4-5 hours (usually around 5-10am)...so I enjoy the best of both.

imagine that my husband is an owl and i have to go to slep early. We meet in the day and evening, then i go to bed and he - not. I am a sparow i guess.

I'm a night person who got married and had kids... which means I'm all fucked up.

I'm so used to staying up and being a night person that I can't sleep... but i wake up automatically every morning.

I think its healthy to be a night person... at least, in europe. There I'd be a 9 to 5 day person wondering wtf is it with all these night people...

i have to be a night person before of the nature of my job...

I do most of my work at night, and usually sleep around 5 am.

I'm definitely a night person but i have to work early in the morning at 9pm so after 6 months i can't still get use to it

Used to be a night person, but lately more of a morning person

i goto bed around 7 - 8AM and get up at 2 - 3PM

i can't help it, im so used to doing that.. but i hate it, i will give my left nut to beable to start getting up at 7 - 8AM again
