Yes you can but the problem is that TGP owners will start to block your submissions.

and to answer your question, ya, submit like 2-3 daily tops.

You can submit as many as you want. I would suggest doing different niches if you are submitting more than once a day.

do you know chameleon pretty well?

do you know if there is a feature that blocks you from submitting to the same site more than once a day per account? Like, I know big tgps only allow 1 submission every day or so, it would be nice if chameleon recognized that and just didn't submit to that gallery when you move onto your second gallery, it just skipped over that one tgp that you already submitted to

and oh yeah, do tgp's track by IP to see who is submitting more than once a day? cause we have 3 people on our network here all submitting their own shit, and have been getting messages saying we already submitted once for the day

i think that is one a chameleon's default features.

if a tgp allows more than one submit per day I would take that opportunity, and I would not also want to submit to the tgp that only allowed 1 submission per day, so the disable feature would be nice for the tgp that only took 1 per day
