Is scat legal? Other than kids, rape and animals, what exactly does define the boundary in terms of content? How do the sponsors and hosts for beast and rape NOT disappear, and how do they manage to pay webmasters from countries like the US and Canada?

Sort of off the topic, but sort of not - I found this article in CNN that Germany officially added 'and animals' to its constitution (or whatever they have over there) in a clause that guarantees the state will respect and protect the dignity of humans. Here's a link:
