Ok here is a simple windows hack to increase the amount of work and productivity of time spent online.

goto start > run
notepad.exe C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc\hosts

at the bottom enter:

127.0.0.1 gofuckyourself.com
127.0.0.1 www.gofuckyourself.com
127.0.0.1 gfy.com
127.0.0.1 www.gfy.com

and save

me too I did it for gofuckyourself.com and removed my bookmarks so I have to consciously type gfy.com in its improved my quality of life!
