I would like to use some geo targeted text in a few ads. Do you buy a database or is there a script that can be used?

yes.....

heres how i do it... i monitor every visitor that comes to my site, i get their IP address, find out its location, goto google maps input the location, get their town and find their address then i create a image for them that says "hello [name]! I can see you through your window at [address]! lol!"
