ADvertising on non-porn sites

Has anyone had any experience w/ this? Advertisng you site(s)on porn sites that still have an adult theme? I just started a day or two ago & I'm gettin' a lotta traffic, but no one's biting so far.

Doesn't seem like it would be too targeted to me. I hope you're not spending too much...

No, I'm not spending much at all, but these sites are all of an adult nature that do feature very minimal porn on there. The have links to pay sites & such, so I figured they gotta be doin' somethin' to be makin' some $.

I was just wondering if anyone else has done somethin' like this before.....& their results from it.

I think it's probably a good idea if you plan to advertise over a long period of time... People will start to recognize your site's brand (name, url, color scheme) just by seeing it all the time, and even if they're not looking for adult material at the moment, they might come back to check out your site later because your advertising drilled it into their head. :2 cents:

Regarding your last post: if they already have porn links on the site, then surfers are probably looking for FREE porn, and they probably close their browser as soon as they see your paysite.

Yeah, I have my URL nice & big on the banner for that exact reason.
I am gettin' a lot bookmarks tho.
