Are we our brother's keeper?


Do we have a responsibility to watch out for and care for one another?

I don't mind keepin' my brother but damn!! I sure am tired of paying for all his kids . . :helpme

As far as advise goes;

I have a brother 10 years younger than me ... "Don't be a dick" seems to cover most situations.
