I got a reply from a programmer in the UK, "Someone should get back to you by COB." What the hell does COB mean? commencement of business is my guess....am i wrong?:1orglaugh

Nope, it doesnt fit the context of our conversation, but my guess is either commencement of business or close of business....i could be way off though. The guy who wrote it is from england....
