...the current congressional conservatives intent is to be OVERLY restrictive and burdensome.

I think any 2257 issues will be ultimately blocked by the courts as long as those last 2 conservatives don't go too blindly Jebus on us.

That is really my only concern.

Over the course of a shoot, (stills or video), sometimes only a fraction of images captured are used. Something "obscene" may be captured, edited out for finished product, never seen by the public .... but you did "produce" it, "transported" it from location to offices for editing.

Now you are guilty, two counts for something the public never sees.
