          I played around with sites like this back in the day... I would never have had the balls to send it to anyone though I would have been to spooked at getting caught..

            my brother in-law recieved this in an authentic looking email that basically said your account is on a limited stauts due to suspicious activity, and in order to fix this you gotta confirn your info... after you put your email and pass it takes you to a credit card update page where you have to confirm your credit card info so that your account can be re-activated... luckily he realized that paypal always has the last 3 digits of your credit card visible when updating, so he stopped right away.

              I guess people are that retarted and don't actually look at the address bar anymore. I got one of these from Ebay a few years ago. I started filling it in, but then looked up at the address bar.
              Anyone wanna sig spot.......cheap????
