Are .com Domains More Valuable Since .xxx Rejected?
What are your thoughts about the market for .com domains now that .xxx has been defeated?
Dave |
if we are talking about the best names then yes, for me for sure
|
well to precize, they are not necesarly more valuable, but the .xxx perspective was a certain risk for anyone who wanted to invest much in adult .coms
and now that risk is gone :D |

It is a dream come true for me :GFYBand
|
obvously, if .xxx passed the .coms value would go down alot!
|
in my opinion .xxx was never a serious threat.
|
to be honest, I stopped by adult names because of it, but now the flood gates will open up, and I will be looking for some top notch names!
|
The jesus freaks in Washington still have no clue about how the internet functions and thrives. It is mind boggling how stupid those folks really are. But it is funny to see them floating their ridiculous ideas. .xxx would never have succeeded even if they had passed it.

You mean arguments and elements that have a history of standing up such as "overly broad" "overly restrictive" "not the least restrictive means to produce desired results" etc would have worked to hold up that legally weak shit they were offering? |
