IBill Note News - From Lawyer
 

Hi Guys and Godesses,


Ok, Finally got ahold of the Lawyer that Ibill is recommending everyone call about their note. Here is the short of what was said.

Ibill has no money at all to pay the notes. They are willing to give you a discount on Elegate fees if you process with them. They are now contemplating Bankruptcy to avoid all remaining debt.

They also told me that if I wanted, I could seek counsel and sue them and the owners directly, but I may not make it before the Bankruptcy and then would just be placed into the class action to try to get some of the money back ( most likely not )..


Sorry, for anyone else out there that still had a little hope left.

lol your not supposed to get answers from THEIR lawyer , of course they will just bullshit you..

Would any lawyer tell the truth if it meant their client loses money ? of course not..

So why would you believe him when he said " we dont have any money " . ?You should say " what are you getting paid then ? " and give some advice .. " tell them to fire the idiot lawyer with no answerrs and pay me off with the money that you used to pay the lawyer.

Someone should sue them and force them into bankruptcy, what is the term, debtor in poessession? Auction off that domain, I am sure it still has some traffic going to it.

How much of a discount are they offering? Seems pointless to me, even if they're knocking the fee down to say 5% then any benefit could be swiftly wiped out by their sudden inability to pay you for new sales as they fold.

Actually, you might want to consider contacting florida legal officials, as there is potential here that if the Ibill directors issued the notes knowing that they would never pay them, then you might have some other routes to follow here.

Well., ibill, can scream bankruptcy, till the cows come home, but in truth, and obvious to any court proceedings on this matter, during the course, of their now.. "ignore their clients /contact our lawyers" phase of their plan, they have taken all our money, and directed the $$ into other sources, which will leave a nice paper trail.,(for any bankruptcy court) besides, the fact, that big brother, IBD, assumes ibills, debt, and is solvent..

of course the lawyer is going to say - 'sue then after they go bankcrupt' because he knows two things - if you sue them first - a court order showing they owe money survives a bankruptcy

- secondly - sueing them afterwards means they can come reply with, "we no longer owe that debt because we are bankruptsuingbankrupt"

he is being sneaky so that you do not do anything to them

god, what a nightmare that whole fiasco was :(
