Neighbourhood kids likely. We saw a few of them wandering around outside with flashlights as we were leaving.

The worst of the damage is the basement. Someone's tampered with the pool drains and the entire basement is now flooded at least 5' deep with pool water. Its really fubar'd.

And the building is wide open - at least 3 doors that we found. Rather hazardous.
