Question about Big Players
 

I started promoting Big Players a few days ago, and I was a bit skeptical about them paying $50 per free 1 day trial, so I had a friend sign up under me today to test it, and I waited a while. Checked my stats, no sale. I wanted to test to see if I got credit for it or not, to see if they do pay right when they sign up and not a day later after they are rebilled..

Anyway, just a question. Their page says they pay $50 per free trial, no strings attached.. I read the terms, didn't see anything there. It could be a variety of things obviously, maybe they just have a delay on crediting me with the signup so they can prevent fraud.. I'm not accusing them of shaving at all.. just curious, I like their site and want to continue using them, but hey, having a sale not show up is concerning. Could be a problem with the biller or their tracking script.

By the way, if I had been credited for the sale, I would have emailed them and told them to remove it. I'm sure lots of you have been a bit skeptical about the $15 higher than normal payouts for a free trial..

they recentley switched to jettis so maybe they have some probs or 24 hours they import sales

I had a bit of an inconsistency in stats a while back too, when I showed the breakdown by website it showed an extra sale that was not in the summary.....you should check to see if your sale is there or not. It straightened itself out in the day, might just be that they are running two separate databases or something.

also, I have written them several times via the message center and they always respond quickly and have been nothing but helpful.

I believe they are not shaving, cause personally I have not had better conversions then through them.
