Thank You CCBill

Whoo hoo.

Just found the Reasons for Cancellation page =)

This Rocks!! I don't remember seeing this before - is this a new feature?

(for those that haven't found it yet) -> Webmaster Admin -> Menu: Reports -> Members -> Cancel Reasons

snarfs 05-16-2002 09:27 PM

Eh I don't see it. I have:

Webmaster Admin -> Accounting -> Reports

and....

Webmaster Admin -> Account Reports
With the following listed under that:
Active Customers
Chargebacks (not there)
Daily Comparison
Daily Declines
Daily Revenue
Cancellations (not there)
Expirations
Holdbacks
Conversions
Quickstats
Referred
Scheduled Rebills
Transaction Report.

Are you using the new interface or the old interface for CCBill? They flipped mine to the new interface only to change it the next cay back to the old interface. Go figure.

Shameless plug: {cough} {cough} I sure could use a few free host {cough} customers on one of my {cough} free host servers. {cough} {cough} http://snarfs.com {cough}

did you go here? http://reports.ccbill.com/altindex.cgi

once you log in - click on the orange nav in upper left

then click on reports.

then move into the center of the page - top nav - members.

click members.

then you should see on the lower set of nav buttons - cancel reasons

All kinds of goodies in there, but you need to get on the new forms.

Not sure why we'd have taken you back off them snarfs, unless you have customizations in your setup and we hadn't finished the APIs for what you have.

Talk to your salesperson tomorrow --

snarfs 05-16-2002 10:18 PM

Ahh thats the problem, I'm still using http://reports.ccbill.com/ because the new interface for both the webmaster admin and affiliate admin doesn't allow me to log in for some reason. Thanks kimmykim, I'll get with my CCBill rep tomorrow!

I had the same problem snarf -

is your password just letters?

if so - you need to change your password to include both letters and numbers

snarfs 05-16-2002 11:04 PM

nahhh it's a good ole series of letters and numbers that make no sense.... Ah what the hell I'll try changing it anyway....

...few mins pass...
(my cat looks so cute sleeping)
...few more mins pass...
damn where in the hell do i change my password...
...more time elapses...
Eh damn I must be a bit "slow" tonight....

Don't we have to email our rep to have the password changed?

Ahh sweet! Thanks BrettJ! Looks like I've "satisfied" 66.67% of my members that cancelled. I feel so dirty.

Unfortunately you aren't alone in those numbers -- that's about industry avg, maybe a hair better...

One of my priorities is to try and figure out what does help our clients keep their customers... making us both money ;)
