In the early days everyone had a shootin' iron and crime was DOWN. Then in the early 1900s came prohibition and the mobsters and regular people couldn't own or afford the high end guns.

Then after WWII it was tough owning a firearm and crime has risen ever since because the criminals are running the legislative branch of government. No brain exercise there.

The UN.. lol. I would say it's beyond their authority, so the point's moot. But it gives them something to do and justify their salaries and existance I suppose.

The UN needs to be the world police, not the US. Then they can take the heat. I am all for this actually. The USA pulls all troops from everywhere, and just let's the UN handle all world policing from now on. Then they can take the heat, and the US worries about it's own problems.
