StrongBox problem...
Some of my members claims they can't login.
They are getting the StrongBox error message. In my StrongBox webmaster area there aren't any error message The RESULT is : gooduser I told them to enable their cookies, they still can't login. Did anyone experienced the same problem ? How did you solve it ? I had to refund some users because they simply can't get in ! Thanks |
I had the same problem .. no shit. I emailed Ray and he responded with everything is ok.

IE says the same thing at the top of the page no matter whatr the problem is - the page is 404 (missing), a DNS error, a script error, whatever, it'll always say "the page could not be displayed". The bottom left corner will give a real error message like "404 not found" or "Could not find server or DNS error". Then send me that error message if it's not clear what's causing it. Quote:

Ray just looked after your issues right here within 2 hours. I have Strongbox and everything works great. Why spend $49.95 per month forever, when you can buy Strongbox for $100 flat and it works just as well if not better than anything else out there.
Just makes good business sense. |
