StrongBox problem...

Some of my members claims they can't login.

They are getting the StrongBox error message.

In my StrongBox webmaster area there aren't any error message
The RESULT is : gooduser

I told them to enable their cookies, they still can't login.

Did anyone experienced the same problem ? How did you solve it ?
I had to refund some users because they simply can't get in !

Thanks

Yeah... It looks like I am bothering him when I have to ask for help...

My user is getting this error message :

The page cannot be displayed
The page you are looking for is currently unavailable. The Web site might be experiencing technical difficulties, or you may need to adjust your browser settings.

Explain to the users like they are a child to turn on cookies etc.
Then tell them to close all browsers and then retry with a freshly opened browser.

Oh and while you are at it get one of those users ID and password and try it yourself. If it works you know damn well it is the user.

Good suggestions. It really does suck when a user is getting a certain error and you're unable to replicate it and you know that the login works just fine. That little grey area where you don't know what the heck is going on or how to solve it.

That part means that Strongbox approved the log in.

Ask him to look in the bottom lefty corner of the page to get the real error message.
IE says the same thing at the top of the page no matter whatr the problem is -
the page is 404 (missing), a DNS error, a script error, whatever, it'll always
say "the page could not be displayed". The bottom left corner will give a real
error message like "404 not found" or "Could not find server or DNS error".
Then send me that error message if it's not clear what's causing it.

You had a very different problem and I didn't tell you that everything is OK.
You said that when you log in with your user name Strongbox denies you.
I told you that is because your password was compromised and was used
from several countries.

Ray just looked after your issues right here within 2 hours. I have Strongbox and everything works great. Why spend $49.95 per month forever, when you can buy Strongbox for $100 flat and it works just as well if not better than anything else out there.
Just makes good business sense.

That wasn't the problem I was concerned about but its cool. Thanks for emailing me back and helping.

To everyone else ... Ray has proven to be a stand up guy. He has been working with me through out the day to resolve the issues I am concerned about.

Strongboxx ... still highly recommended.
