Ladies..do you wear a bra to sleep
 

I think I have been watching too many plastic surgery shows about breast reductions and lifts. I want to keep mine looking nice and where they are supposed to but wearing a bra 24/7 is sooo uncomfortable. Any other suggestions? :)

not unless im passed out from drinking & im in my clothes (at home or friends house).

I don't wear one... but just asked the GF and she said no.

I just pulled mine out my sleeve and got comfy. Sex in the city reruns are coming.

I only wear one when I leave the house which is not very often.

I think if you want them to continue to look nice, the key is to lay on your back. Unless of course they fall off each side and go under your arms. Then you might toss around too much and mess them up real good.

When I asked my dr. about this he just told me to make sure to wear a good/great support bra when running, doing aerobics, etc. One of the worst things you can do is have "the girls" continuously shaking up and down when you're exercising. Something about the connective tissue in the skin breaking down.

I wear mine 24/7.

I hate wearing a bra, I never wear them around the house or to the shops unless the out fit im wearing must have one..
Oh and if im around oldies I wear one, donno if they like the hard nipple look:P

very rarely but sometimes in the summer i will wear a sports bra because it is more comfortable than sweaty undersides of boobs sticking to flesh

Nah, I don't wear bra when I sleep. They said it can cause breast cancer and besides it's very uncomfortable wearing it while you're resting.

I dont wear too... I just want to be very comfortable and I just want my breast to be free... hehehe

Syl, you've got great breasts - whatever makes you most comfortable is what you should do.

Some nights, actually when my breasts are more sensitive or feeling heavier, I'll wear a bra to bed, simply because that's more comfortable for me.

The ones i've been with don't

I did both times I was pregnant.

Now, as babagirls said, only if I pass out.

I don't wear bra to sleep but when I leave house I do. I think that fitness 3 times a week + breast firming cosmetics = the best way to keep your breasts looking always great:winkwink:
