I drive a 03 745i right now and I can't wait for my lease to be over. Judging from the service that I got and the quality of the car - I will never EVER buy a BMW in my life. I just got a new Lexus for my gf and I'll buy another one ( LS460 ) for myself when my BMW is gone. Many of my friends who own a BMW have had nothing but problems and horrible service.

that sucks man! I've heard that '03 was the worst year for idrive but its been improved. and all the people i know with BMWs have had AMAZING service plans, so you seem to have gotten the short end of the stick. although, you are still driving a beemer :pimp

There are different services to choose from. I have a great one and never had a problem with a BMW before. BMW for life.
