Now on a serious tone ESA (European Space Agency) just discovered some differences between Einstein's theory and their own measurements when they made a London gravito-magnetic effect study. Don't ask me what that is because I do not fully understand that shit.

Anyway, the idea is that indeed they can modify the gravity.

no. everything has gravitational pull. to have some sort of anti gravity bullshit you need something with an extremely large mass (larger than the earth) and close enough to be more powerful than the earth's gravity. all that hutchinson effect crap is bullshit.
