Anyone else sickened by the us/cad exchange rate?
 

$1 USD = $0.90 CAD

It's the other way around $1 US = $1.10 CDN.... well it's even lower now :(

Deposit your US cheques at the bank and they'll give you like $1.07

Yeah it's pretty bad when you buy goods that have both prices hardcoded onto them, like books. Those prices are based on a far different rate, and good luck trying to get the sales girl to give you anything current.

The Canadian Dollar is only going to get stronger against the US. The Us government is printing soo much money its really devalued. Also the debt is way out of control. Canada's government is running surplus's paying off the debt. The Canadian dollar was stronger then the us dollar in the 60's its going to happen again.

The good ole days are long gone..sniffle

Same here... My sites are generating more sales than ever before, but I make less money because of that damn exchange rate... sucks.

When I opened my offcie here in Brazil I was trading US$1 for R$2.60

Now I'm lucky to get R$2 for that same dollar. Times have been rough for me because of that.

Jesus. I remember going to Windsor when I got out of high school and the exchange rates were like 50-65% or something like that.

Oh well... I'll be feeling it tomorrow when I start spending money in Toronto!

The US Dollar is NEGATIVE in value. Its still over valued.

It will be even before the end of 2007.... Canada is looking hot for exports right now, the Canadian dollar will only keep climbimg.... very bad news :Oh crap.

I once had a 1.61 exchange rate, and this was at a bank! It's insane when you think about how much money people dealing with the American dollar are losing.
