What's the cheapest with the most features?

Like Dns, ability to edit multiple at a time etc.

namecheap seems to to me and they're cheap but alot of people say there shit!

I use GoDaddy. I know a lot of people don't like them, but they haven't ever done me wrong. Easy to change DNS, ect. as well. Just don't use them for hosting, lol.
