Its not actually a law until somebody gets arrested for it... Kinda strange considering i can drive for 5 minutes to a casino but i can't use the internet to do the same thing. Some indians musta bribed people really hard. Doesn't really matter till they arrest people for it. Its like sodomy or farting in public. Its illegal in some places but its not a real "law" unless they arrest you for it.
