Let's say I use a Mafiabucks or Soulcash galleries, am I allowed to steal a thumbnail from the specific gallery and add it on my mainpage and link it to the gallery?

Using a thumbnail to link to a sponsor's gallery is an action that falls within the promotion of the same sponsor. It should be OK.
