Webmaster Help Needed
 

I may need a webmaster to finish up some Netverifier Elite or ProAdult Quantum members areas for me. You must be familiar with Adobe Photoshop or at least have the ability to edit PSDs to create the member area headers.

I've never had to hire anyone for something like this before, what should I offer? Whatever is fair, is no problem.

$35-$50 per hour might be fair? Not for hire here though.

I code and design stateside... and understand I maybe a bit expensive for some people.

Your message above leads me to believe you are one of those people.

Def. check out some of the off shore options though... Seen some great work coming out of a few of the companies.

I always have clients looking for a cheap option for smaller projects.
