sounds like your trying to transfer your domain to a different registar

bump for those who knows the answer.

If I remember, DirectNIC had originally used OpenSRS. When you renew those early domains they give you the option to switch to DirectNIC or keep it on OpenSRS.

Its a very old domain and should be worth some money , I just dont want some domain thief getting it.
