I have a craving for casino buffet - and the wife wants to exercise her arm on the slot bandits.

So off we go to the casino for the evening.

I've been there wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too often. If you go by the Caribbean Stud tables, tell Tony and Scott I said hi (the pitbosses) :)

Casinos are a horible addiction that I love. I must be the only person that every loses, cause according to all of my friends, everytime they get back from Vegas, they all swear they won...

If everyone is always winning, does that mean I paid for all the casinos? lol

I grew up back in the Falls (US side) but have been out here in Phoenix for about 14 years. I went back there last year and couldn't believe how much that city had changed. The Canadian side has always been nicer but man what a shock. It almost seemed like a ghost town. The casino was pretty nice though.

Naw, I think half the time people are just bullshittin' when they claim big winnings. I'm not a big gambler myself - but of all our trips to the casinos here in Niagara I've pretty much broke even. We usually only spend $20-30 per trip...and once its all gone we leave.

Mostly I go for the food. I never gamble with my appetite.

I remember when that place used to be a convention hall. I used to work for my folks there, years ago.

One night, loaded with beer, my friends and I walked down to the falls at about 2am, jumped over the railing and sat on the rocks at the edge of the falls, until the cops showed up, becuase one of my friends kicked over a road block sign to horseshoe island (i think thats the name).... After we bitched at him for doing so, he says "who's going to care abut a stupid detour sign"

I was was pretty lit, but when the cops showed up, that was a good time to sober up. They let us go, thanks to my communication skills.
