Are typos domains against ICANN rules?
Are typo domains against any ICANN rules or country laws?
It seems like quite a nefarious business practice even if it isnt. |
why?....
|
its a complex situation but there arent really any ICANN laws regarding this
however, if you own typos of a trademark protected name, you may lose your name in WIPO |

typoing stuff like disney and sending it to porn is also a surefire way to go jail |
country laws may also apply in certain cases - so if you are from the same country, the company may simply take you to court to take the typo domain away from you

well registering playbyo is asking for trouble imho, but simple typos nah no worries
