Tattooing will finally be legal in Oklahoma this week. [PIC]

Our lawmakers have finally seen the light, and the governor is going to sign into law this week a bill that makes tattooing legal. We've been the only state in the country that has outlawed tattooing. Pretty gay..

Don't want to disappoint anyone, so here's the pic. ;)

Not sure what their deal was. New law requires licensing and oversight by the health department(obviously) plus no tattoo parlors within 1000 feet of schools, churches or playgrounds. Heh.

What if you open a tattoo school?
Will the students need to go off campus to practice?

I went to bartending school and we werent allowed to have Alcohol on the premises, we had to practice with colored water. That was the stupidest thing I had ever heard.
