anyone have the DVD "FEDERAL WARNING" streams for federal copyright and adult?
 

i'm looking for the warnings that go at the beginning of the DVD that talks about the federal warning for copyright infringement and the one about adult material.

I belive the second screen has to include the name and address of the custodian of records. (don't quote me)

Here are the ones we use.

The 2257 regs require that the 2257 screen go within one minute of the beginning of the video OR if you use closing credits, it can go at the end of the closing credits.

The disclaimer isn't legally required (at least federally), it's just an additional layer of protection to let people know they are about to watch porn.

You should really have a lawyer write up a custom one, Leaving something out or copying the wrong one could be very costly.
