I just bought it and i think it was pretty cool. Alot of gore and special effects. I give it a "A+"

Was there an older one? I thought this was a new movie by Romero. But if there is an earlier version I'd like to see it!

Yeap as a diehard zombie fan this movie was awful. Now they did a kick ass job on the remake of the DAWN OF THE DEAD :thumbsup

Agreed. Best zombie movie ever. Even Romero thought it was the best, next to his own of course.

Good movie. They're working on a sequel now supposedly.

it looked stupid when i saw trailers, but who knows.

it was pretty bad don't think ill be watching it again..

I liked it. It just wasn't a "horror" movie but more of a political allegory. A little too messagy but good;.

Still, I think because they shot in studio, the movie had a tv-movie feel which is too bad.

The original and remake of Dawn Of The Dead are the best zombie movies ever - with a close second being Shaun Of The Dead (for realism) and 28 Days Later or whatever that was called - I love end of the world shit.;

I liked it, It could have been a lot better but it was fun.

I remember watching the original Trilogy, they were SO COOL!

Then I saw Dawn of the Dead and I was floored! It was perfect. Then I saw Land of the Dead and I cried cause it was a horrible Cliche of everything bad about horror movies.

And to top it off it was Shot in Toronto and all I could see where landmarks that came distracting me. Every 5 minutes I was like "Hey, I've been there before!"
