I think Utah is the polygamy capital. Although it's illegal nothing is done about the hundreds or thousands practising it openly. It's also a huge welfare state. Rape, incest, and abuse is apparently a big problem with a lot of polygamy families.

It's hard enough maintaining a relationship with one other person!
