Ok - it's started - toyboys round the world birthday romp commenced at the Breakfast Creek Hotel with his mum and dad and now proceeds to Seattle via LA and the Press Club in Brisbane - pics are here and a clip of the phenomenon itself in full cry - there is nothing I could do for the decline in coherence - bets were won and lost on whether he would in fact make to the airport for the 7 am departure - but he did.
