Corvette/Viper/Ferrari owners... Just when you thought you were safe!
Just when you sports car owners thought you were safe with your 500hp rides... Honda comes in and throws a damn monkey wrench into the fray with the K-series engines. A friend of mine just swapped in a K24 into his Civic, bolted on a turbo kit and made close to 750hp (at the crank).
Motor: K24a1 crv STOCK block K20a2 rsx STOCK head K20a2 rsx STOCK 6spd Trans Precission 1600cc Injectors CM Twin Disk Clutch Walbro Intank 255lph Fuel Pump One-Fab GT35R custom Turbo Kit 646.90whp - 522.40tq @ 7600rpm http://www.shimsha.com/images/OnixHatch2.jpg |
and still the car has no reputation...
plus the engine won't last long sorry but i think it's wasted money |
You're stupid to think people buy those cars for the "power" it produces.
Half of the time those cars never get driven like they were made to be driven. It's all about the image. |

and one turbo added on a new ferrari/viper etc... would blow the honda in pieces |

many ferrari owners will switch to a honda
lol yeah :) |
lollers
trax is right theres a reason people buy the ferrari, and it's not pure HP |
then you torque steer into a tree and die
|
Ferrari owners aren't real keen on racing their precious automobiles. They might get a scratch or something. Maybe Corvette owners would though.
|
But its still a $15,000 car , huge motor and all. Id much rather the Viper or the Vette
