Just when you sports car owners thought you were safe with your 500hp rides... Honda comes in and throws a damn monkey wrench into the fray with the K-series engines. A friend of mine just swapped in a K24 into his Civic, bolted on a turbo kit and made close to 750hp (at the crank).

Half of the time those cars never get driven like they were made to be driven.

It's all about the image.

and one turbo added on a new ferrari/viper etc... would blow the honda in pieces

Ferrari owners aren't real keen on racing their precious automobiles. They might get a scratch or something. Maybe Corvette owners would though.

But its still a $15,000 car , huge motor and all. Id much rather the Viper or the Vette
