With the appointment of General Michael Hayden to head the CIA on Monday, that completes the full militarization of the United States intelligence agencies.

All our intel agencies will now be under control of military leaders instead of civilians.

That is a heavy duty change of US policy and I'm sure making many nations around the world quite uncomfortable.
