Cindy Sheehan - yankee go home
...and take your pleas with you for Canada to become a refugee nation for awol American soldiers.
Try again if the U.S. forces conscription - but until then...the military is a voluntary service. You can't have your cake and eat it too. |

I typically agree with her views, but that is a bit much... I could be mistaken, but I don't think the gov't is going after people very hard atm either for refusing service. I've seen interviews with several people who have done so and are not locked up anyway.

First off Canada has not, committed to: too many nessecary military actions. Second IRAQ is not AFGANISTAN. Wake the fuck up!
As for the [Volunteer service] look up "Stop loss program" you may be "shocked and awed" with the result. Either way do not push your political views on the soldiers. They are only doing thier job. I'm a Liberal all the way but our soldiers deserve our support. Should they be in Iraq? Debatable. Do they deserve our unconditional support? Absolutely! Cindy Sheehan, I am truely sorry for your loss, and agree with 90% of what you say but Canada is not in Iraq; and Afganistan was nessecary from the start. :2 cents: LEST WE FORGET (and this includes today as well as years ago) |
Who are you talking about?
