is this new? but i want to use my stolen cc, this is bullshit :)

i dont feel comfy doing this. Anyone do this? It requests a scan of my cc and a scan of my id.

that sucks, i wanted to start using them but i refuse to do that bullshit. seems unfair that i have to go such lengths and trust people i don't even know with my sensitive information and i get nothing from them proving anything at all. a lot of hosting places do this now, i won't do biz with those either.

What's unfair is getting hit with scammers all the time and risk losing our merchant account. If we lose our account everyone gets fucked, sorry folks.

If you don't feel comfortable providing us with the info we require you can simply use Epassport or wire.

Sorry that a small % of mofos have to ruin it for everyone else that are serious and professional with their business practices.

We understand that some buyers may not want to use CC to purchase from our network of sites due to this but that is a smaller % lost Vs. losing our Merchant account completely.

THis is what things have come to.

There are so many scammers out there that buy traffic and CB their cards we need more proof to show the bank they actually authorized the purchase.

Not to mention all the stolen CC's and fraud.

SO sad to see people in the biz trying to pull CC scams.

Guys I'm sorry we had to implement this but we were getting nailed with chargebacks and we have to take steps to curb this problem.

This new regulation only affects new customers not trusted customers who have been doing business with us for months.

you could always load up your epass account and pay that way did it the other day didn't want to have to go through the trouble of scanning all the bs and not that i don't trust them but i really don't trust anyone with that kind of info shittt...

copy of a CC and ID could lead to some potential problems if that data wasn't stored correctly and was leaked in anyway

It's a sad day when webmasters start charging back Submit Passes.

But on the other hand, asking for an ID for anything porn related, even if it is business, is really overkill and dangerous for several reasons. Especially for your US customers. Something tells me you are not considering all the angles here.
