Having Major Problem with PS RAW(NEF) Files...Help!!

I got the wife a new laptop to work on her photos but I'm having a problem I just can't figure out.
I shoot my photos in RAW(NEF) format and for some reason I'm getting lines in the photo on her laptop when viewed in photoshop. They look fine on all our other pcs and also look fine on her pc when viewing with Nikon Viewer but when brought into photoshop they're fucked! I've tried reinstalling everything and still the same problem. I even installed a higher version of photoshop on her pc and still I get these lines. Can anybody help, I spent 4 hours doing everything I know and I'm just out of idea's.
Here is a link to a sample image (note the horizontal lines throughout the image) SAMPLE

What kind of camera are you shooting with? I see the lines, def. looks artificial. You check the adobe forums?

It's a Nikon D70. Yea, I've checked the adobe forums and Nikon forums and can't find anything. I've used both PS 7.0 and CS and still get the lines.

One last bump....hopefully somebody from the Monday crew can help me with this, otherwise I'll just have to chuck this new laptop up as a huge waste of money :Oh crap

Thought I would post an update in case anyone else has this problem and does a search. Turns out after being up all night and trying different things it is actually the plug in that is the problem. The plug in for RAW images to be viewed edited in PS is installed when loading Nikon View. The reason it wouldn't work on the new pc but worked on all my others is it turned out to be a different version. I went back and loaded an earlier version of Nikon View and now everything is working just fine. Version 6.2.2 works fine, but the newer version 6.2.7 is what was causing the damaged images.:Oh crap
