anybody know of a program that groups same words into its own text file
 

I have a text file with 1000 lines of text with 2-3 words per line

I need a program that will split this text into common words.

For example I have a list like this:

car insurance
ebay ebook
auto insurance
life insurance
mortgage leads
make money with ebay
ringtones daily
rintones for free
sms ringtones
health insurance


I need a program that will take all the lines of text that have for example the word "insurance" in them and put them into its own text file. I tried looking on google but not sure what to sure for to find such a program LOL

anybody have anything in mind? thanks in advance for any help
