It is not illegal to monitor computer usage in the workplace. You are generally deemed to have no expectation of privacy with regard to your computer usage at work. (At home, however, you might have a different argument - and the invasion of your privacy might produce a good argument in court)

DAMN, that's a nasty looking program there if they can install it on anyone's computers, so if I wanted to, I could have that installed on Lensman's computer to see what he does all day and he wouldn't even know it, he he he.
