HELP PLEASE... computer problem

Out of nowhere, for the past 2 weeks, whenever I surf the web, the text is all fucked up. I use the latest version of IE, and all of the text is much larger that it should be....

Anyone know what causes this and how to fix it?

View --> text size is not fixing it if you set it to medium??
