You are correct. If they treated the cocaine movement in this country like they handled the way they hunted down Anthrax (which was targeting politicians and high ranking people) we would way more drug free than we are now.

I think <b>they</b> cauesed the anthrax scare, because they knew our national defense needed to be beefed up because the threat of a biological attack was great. What is the best way to cause a nation wide increarse in security and precaution to defend such a threat? By targeting key members in the media.
Maybe or probably I'm wrong, but isn't it funny that as soon as we where prepared to handle such a situation the problem vanished without a trace?
I know if I wanted to cause biological tragedy I could think of a whole list of ways better then mailing small amounts to a handfull of people.
