Also happens to a lot of people when they have blood drawn for routine medical tests.

I'm surprised that picture got past our editors. Lacey does have assorted medical problems. She had just been released from the hospital the prior day but needed to catch up with her photo shoots that day.

She is way too sweet to be involved with drugs.
