How many times has this happened to you? (Business Thread)
 

You sign up for a new Pay Per Signup program (not necessarily new, just one you haven't promoted before)

You start sending traffic and it converts like gangbusters for the first 2-4 weeks.
Then all of a sudden for no reason whatsoever your ratios double, then triple, then quadruple, and on and on.
You started out doing 1 in 250 or 1 in 500 or whatever, and after a month you're doing 1 in 5000+.

I've seen this exact same pattern so many times it isn't funny. I stopped promoting PPS altogether for a long time because of this.
I recently started promoting some and now I'm seeing the exact same shit again.

Am I the only one?

You aren't the only one... They lure you in and then bam!

no shit its happened to me quite a few times as well..

I have noticed it before, but not with enough frequency to turn me off from PPS

So drop them when they start sucking and move on to another program.
