I don't often but send much traffic to topbucks, but today I had a gallery listed at a big tgp so I was checking my stats.

2nd period I checked, had a sale for ebony joy, even though no clicks at all were registered.

After the end of the 3rd period sale = gone.

Will it reappear you think, or did the hitbot that siged up cancel?

i think i had a sale from no hits on top bucks. never disapeared. i would email them and have em check ur account, might be something wacky goin on.

their support is pretty fast

I had a sale come through yesterday and it randomly appeared and disappeared, today it is showing for random sites one minute it is on bigcocksex and the next on fetishhell and others as well.

Something similar happened a few days ago when they were adding the new sites - it was fixed fairly quickly.

It might have somthing to do with IndiaChix being added.

I am sure things will be back to normal soon...

Goddamnit, 2 sales dissapeared today!

We are looking into this, but as of now we don't see any problems...

Hey matty, what periods are you referring to? we only have 2 periods/month. if this happened in an earlier period and then disappeared in a later period, you would have been paid for it. I will look into this as well (tomorrow morning)

Any time we hear of stats problems, we compare our stats display with what our 3rd party processors log to make sure they match. If there ever are any discrepancies, we do make sure they get fixed and webmasters are credited with the correct # of sales.

Last week we changed to a better server for topbucks and stats took an hour or so to re-upload, but everything was uploaded correctly.

What would be most helpful for me and the tech guys to check on this would be to get as much info as possible. All the details, from what sites had the sale, what time you checked your stats, and anything else you can think of (screen shots if possible).

Again, right now everything we have checked on matches up exactly to 3rd party stats, but it does sound like something wierd may be going on with the stats display.

... and be sure you guys send me an email to [email protected] with all your info so I can check on this.

Sleazy-- if anything I think I'd need the $ for some sun block, I always forget that I'm the whitest chick on earth and attempt to tan. Now I look like a lobster on my back side.

The 2 lost sales DO appear in the detailed stats, just not on the mainpage stats.

there is a problem is being fixed now. seemed sales info for some recent days was uploaded and then something stalled and messed them up. We're uploading them day by day now, should be fixed in a bit (30 min. or so)

Denny's doesn't have ice cream...not with sprinkles and waffle cones anyway.

There was this Helga looking babe with big Heidi pig tails at Pengiuns and I was trying to explain that this was an ice cream emergeny but she was having none of it.

I think I got spoiled because back in the day one of my buddies used to work at Ben and Jerry's in Tempe and had the keys to the joint so anytime we needed a fix he'd go open the place up and start scooping . . . . . . ah those were the days.

Are all your topbucks stats looking okay now? I don't push topbucks a lot.. I just throw in a gallery or two every now and again but this period haven't got any sign-ups so far. Wondering if it's just my luck or their stats messing up considering that it did mess last period. Where's Allison anyways? She hasn't answered to last e-mail yet.

Some people have little less patience than others and I am one of them :( specially when it comes to TGP traffic which costs a lotta bw (well.. to be honest very little bw compared to what I burn for my major sponsors but still bw=cost). Thought Ally went on a vacation or something so had to ask the other guys if they were having stats prob. But found out she wasn't on vac and it got taken care of :thumbsup
